A newly built 590 foot high glass-bottomed suspension bridge in China, which stretches 984 foot long linked two peaks of Stone Buddha is Shiniuzhai Geopark that opened to visitors today.
The bridge had previously been a wooden overpass but all the wooden planks have been replaced with glass pane, transforming the bridge into the world's first glass-bottomed suspension bridge.
The suspended glass bridge has already been dubbed 'hero bridge' because of the amount of courage required to cross it.
