The wife of late Yoruba leader (Chief Obafemi Awolowo) and one of the most respected politicians to have come out of Africa, Mama Hannah Idowu Dideolu Awolowo, 99, died earlier today.
According to Sahara reporters, the Matriarch of the Awolowo family died in her sleep in Ikenne, Ogun State. Rest in Peace Mama.
