Russian President Vladimir Putin leads the pack in the world's most powerful person by Forbes magazine for the third year in a row.
He was followed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel who replaced U.S. President Barack Obama at number two. Obama dropped to number three this year and he will be the first sitting U.S. President who didn't make it into the top two on the list.
