Reports emerged that the operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) had stormed the house on Thursday evening.
As at Friday afternoon, visitors were not allowed into the premises as cars who attempted to gain entrance were turned back.
One of such visitors is the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Olisa Metuh.
However, Mr Metuh could not gain access into the premises and he said
that the operatives told him the place was under security watch.
He described the siege as unconstitutional and urged the relevant
authorities to respect the rule of law and democratic principles.
On Monday, July 13, President Muhammadu Buhari sacked retired Colonel Dasuki as his National Security Adviser.
He was replaced by retired Major General Babagana Monguno.
