ISIS second in command 'Fadhil Ahmad Al-Hayali' also known as Hajji Mutazz was killed in a US military strike on Tuesday.

Hayali was considered to be senior deputy to Islamic State leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghadi's and the coordinator for moving munitions, vehicle and people between Iraq and Syria for the Terror group.
“Al-Hayali’s death will adversely impact ISIL’s operations, given that his influence spanned ISIL’s finance, media, operations, and logistics,” Mr. Price said. The militants are also known by the acronyms ISIL or ISIS.
“The United States and its coalition partners are determined to degrade and destroy this terrorist group, which has wrought so much harm and suffering on the people of the region and beyond.”
An Islamic State media operative known as Abu Abdullah was also killed in the strike, Mr. Price said.
