See moment a rare rainbow formed over San Jose Costa Rica on Tuesday, and everyone thought the world is ending. The rare natural phenomenon left residents and tourist in awe as its lights up the sunny skies.
According to the weather channel, the rare rainbow occurs when water droplets or ice crystals in the atmosphere scatter the light to form a cloud iridescence.
